Attractive but often unnecessary additional features.

매력적이지만 불필요한 피쳐들.

"We're over-complicating our marketing strategy. We need to eliminate the bells and whistles and go with something simple but effective."

"우리는 필요이상으로 우리의 마케팅 전략을 복잡하게 만들고 있습니다. 우리는 불필요한 것을 제거하고 간단하고 효과적인 것을 해야 합니다."

"I would caution you that too many bells and whistles can often take the focus away from what's really important."

"저는 장식이 너무 많으면 많은 경우 반드시 집중해야 하는 중요한 것에 집중을 못하게 할 수 있다고 말씀드겠습니다."

A bad rap

나쁜 평판

A negative reputation.

부정적인 평판.

"I know he's got a bad rap in the industry but he's a great leader and I think he would benefit our team."

"저는 그 분이 이 업계에서 평판이 좋지 않다는 걸 알고 있습니다만, 저는 그 분이 훌륭한 리더이며, 우리 팀에 도움이 될거라고 생각합니다."

"In business, it's so important to be mindful of your reputation because once you get a bad rap, it's tough to change."

대박이다

Something that is awesome or exciting.

엄청 좋거나 흥분되는 것.

"Have you heard that new song? That's fire! I absolutely love it."

"그 신곡 들어봄? 대박임! 진짜 대박 좋아요."

"You booked a two-week vacation to the beach? That's fire! You're going to have a blast."

"해변가로 2주 휴가 예약했어요? 대박이네요. 진짜 좋은 시간이 될거예요." 

Slapdash

성급하게 한

Something that is done carelessly because it was rushed or not given enough attention.

급했거나 충분히 주의를 기울이지 않았기 때문에 대충된 일.

"If we want to succeed, we can't take a slapdash approach. We need to be strategic about this."

"우리가 성공하기 원한다면 성급한 방식을 취할 수 없습니다. 이것에 대해서는 우리가 전략적으로 할 필요가 있습니다."

"This initiative didn't fail because it was a bad idea. It failed because it was done with slapdash execution."

"이 계획이 나쁜 아이디어이기 때문에 실패한 것이 아닙니다. 이것은 성급한 실행으로 인해 실패하게 되었습니다."
